Shake well before use. Apply roughly two finger lengths evenly across your face and neck before sun exposure. Reapply every 2-3 hours in high sun exposure, or after swimming/sweating/towelling the skin. For skin undergoing pharmacological treatment or post-surgery for AK or NMSC, apply the product only after the lesions have healed.
